What personal data do we process?
- Identity and contact details: name, company or salon name, phone number, city and country.
- Request details: business type, subject of your request, your message, products and quantities you are interested in.
- Communication records: information you share with us via WhatsApp, phone or Instagram.
- Technical data: records such as IP address, browser information and time of access kept on our hosting provider's servers when you visit the website.
The contact and quote forms on our website do not store your information on a server. When you press the send button, your details are prepared as a WhatsApp message on your device and only reach us once you send it in WhatsApp. Your quote list, product comparison and cookie preference are stored only in your own browser and are not transmitted to us.
For what purposes do we process your data?
- To respond to your quote, information and cooperation requests,
- To assess dealer, distributor and private label manufacturing applications,
- To carry out order, sales, delivery and contract processes,
- To manage customer relations and provide after-sales support,
- To comply with our legal obligations,

Legal bases
Your personal data is processed on the following legal bases under Article 5 of the KVKK (and the corresponding provisions of Article 6 GDPR): it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract; it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation; it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend a right; and it is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. Where none of these applies, your data is processed only on the basis of your explicit consent.
Who do we share your data with?
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be shared with:
- Shipping and logistics companies for the delivery of orders,
- Business partners providing accounting, legal and similar advisory services,
- Competent public authorities, where required,
- Our service providers: web hosting (Hostinger) and communication platforms (WhatsApp/Meta, Instagram).
The servers of hosting and communication providers may be located abroad. When you contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram, or visit our website, your data may be transferred abroad through these platforms. Such transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.
How we collect data
Your personal data is collected through WhatsApp messages prepared via the forms on our website, phone calls, social media messages and written correspondence, and partly by automated means (server logs).
Retention period
Your personal data is kept for as long as required by the purpose of processing and the retention periods set out in the applicable legislation. When these periods end, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7; to request that third parties be notified of such corrections or deletions; to object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection under the GDPR, and you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

You can send requests regarding your rights in writing to our company address, or contact us on +90 505 537 31 00 for preliminary information. Your request will be answered free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.
